APPLICATION PROFILE

The densimetric sorters are designed for dry separation of mixed and shredded (ground or cut) bulk materials that differ in specific gravity and granulation.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The mixture to be processed is fed to the special table which has a permeable surface through which the air under pressure is supplied. Additionally, the table is subject to the controlled vibrations. The raw material is subject to fluidization process that separates the material according to its weight. The vibration, connected with air flow from the table bottom, carries raw material to the deck top where it is separated into fractions and directed towards the separator output.

• Product recovery after shredders (mills): electric cables, printed circuits, batteries, moulding sand, automobile shredder residue, building materials
• Ore and mineral purifying and dry blowing, metallurgical slag cleaning
• Removes glass and stones from municipal waste, waste dump utilization
