APPLICATION PROFILE

Inspection of free falling bulk products such as plastics, powdery food, chemical and pharmaceutical products to remove metal impurities. The system is designed for detection and separation of iron, carbon steel, alloy steel (acid resistant steel) and non-ferrous metals (aluminium, copper) from free falling bulk products.

EQUIPMENT

The separator consists of:

• RZ metal detector with circular transport tunnel
• Control pipe (antistatic)
• Pneumatic reject flap (Quick Flap System)
• Acid resistant steel housing with Jacob connection system
• Digital controller
