INTENDED USE
The magnetic plate type PM is intended to capture tramp ferrous metals from loose material streams:
- sugar, salt, flour, gluten, coffee, powdered milk, spices and dried vegetables
- cereals, fodders and fodders additives
- chips, shavings, sawdust and wood dust
- grits, sands, meals and other mineral substances
- plastic granules, flakes etc.

DESIGN
Magnetic plate casing is made of hermetic welded acid resistant stainless steel. In the casing there are installed permanent magnets. Magnetic plate is available in two versions, depending on the installation method: - with lugs for mounting over the conveyor - with flanges and hinge for mounting at the chute It may also be equipped with 1 or 2 noses limiting scraping of attracted metals by the material stream.

TYPES OF MAGNETIC PLATES
- PMF FERRITE equipped with ferrite magnets to capture mainly pieces of scrap: bolts, nuts, nails, broken off machine parts etc.
- PMN NEODYMIUM equipped with high-power NdFeB magnets to capture scrap pieces and also magnetic materials of very small weight and surface: bearing balls, fine wires, iron filings, rust and other particles with weak magnetic properties.
