INTENDED USE

Magnetic filter type FM is intended for separation of smal iron particles from fluid and semi-fluid products. The FM filter protects feeders, pumps, centrifuges and screens against mechanical damage and a prevents consumers from eating a dangerous metal pieces.

DESIGN

Magnetic filter has a high pressure resistant body made of high quality acid resistant stainless steel (food industry version). Inside the body are installed magnetic rods. Number of magnetic rods depends on medium contamination and pipeline diameter. Magnetic rods feature cores made of very strong neodymium NdFeB magnets. Neodymium cores are secured against direct contact with medium by light wall tubes made of non-magnetic alloy steel. Filter is equipped with orifices for fast installation at the pipeline with up to 5 bar pressure and adapted for vertical or horizontal operation at up to 80°C medium temperature.
