DESIGN
The separator has a dustproof casing made of normal steel with anti-rust protection or acid resistant stainless steel (food industry version). Inside the housing there is the magnetic cone mounted on the inspection door (hinged hatch). Magnetic cone is made of permanent magnets. Material falling at the casing walls is directed to the magnetic cone by suitably arranged sheet metal guides. The cone has a shell with cleats made of non-magnetic alloy steel. The separator is provided with the flanges for quick installation in the pipeline. Working pressure for standard casing is 0.8 bar (special versions up to 2 bar).
