Magnetic lifters | Permanent lifting magnet (CMP)
 

INTENDED USE

The permanent lifting magnet type CMP is used for fast lifting and transport of cans, aerosols, jars with twist off lids and other containers having lids made of carbon steel. CMP can be installed on the robot arm and be used for fast loading or unloading of transport pallets.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

Magnetic field is generated by permanent magnets mounted inside the housing made of acid resistant steel. The pneumatic cylinders installed are used to switch on and off magnetic field by pushing the magnet away from the steel lid. The cylinders should be supplied with 5 bar compressed air.
