INTENDED USE
The magnetic conveyors type TM are designed to transport parts made of carbon steel up steep incline, vertical or inverted position. They are used to convey packaging materials such as cans, caps and lids in processing industry and parts and components such as disks, rings, bearings, filters, valves etc. in engineering industry. Owing to the possibility of conveying the elements against gravity and in upside down position, they limit space occupied by a production line to minimum and improve communication within a plant.

TYPES OF MAGNETIC CONVEYORS
Magnetic belt conveyor type TMT The magnetic belt conveyor type TMT consists of magnetic plates and pulleys and thin belt made of PVC or other plastic. A metal part is held firmly against the moving belt by magnets located directly under the belt. The part detachment from the belt is possible by gradual reducing the magnetic field induction. The conveyor belt width, diameter of pulleys and power of magnetic plates are optimally selected to dimensions and weight of the part being transported. The conveyor housing and supports are made of common or acid resistant steel (for food industry). As standard the conveyor is equipped with the control cabinet including a frequency inverter to control the belt speed.
Magnetic chute conveyor type TMS The magnetic chute conveyor type TMS is used as a magnetic horizontal or horizontal and inclined magnetic elevator conveying steel waste from straight under a press or extruder into the scrap container. TMS is in particular used when a waste part has sharp edges and is soiled with emulsion or oil and transport by using a traditional belt conveyor is not economical because of premature wear of belts and other components. The conveyor is equipped with permanent magnets attached to the plates moving directly under the slide chute. The slide chute is made of non-magnetic chequer plate. Steel waste slides along the chute, following the moving magnet until it reaches the non-magnetic area, where it becomes detached and falls into the scrap container. The conveyor housing, sides and supports are made of acid resistant steel. TMS is provided with castors to move it from under the press. Stepless height adjustment of the conveyor is provided on a customer request. The conveyor is equipped with wiring system including the main power supply socket located on its housing.
